Services
We provide personalised, trauma-informed mentoring tailored to each young person’s needs, experiences, and interests.
Our Approach
Each young person is matched with a dedicated mentor who provides consistent, reliable support over time.
Sessions focus on building trust, offering emotional support, and creating a safe space where young people feel heard and understood.
What We Do
We support young people who may be experiencing:
Anxiety, low mood, or emotional distress
Difficulties at school or home
The impact of trauma or adverse experiences
Low confidence or self-esteem
Through mentoring, we help young people to:
Build trusting relationships
Develop emotional awareness
Improve confidence and self-worth
Feel more grounded and supported
Discover a sense of purpose
Activity Led Mentoring
Activity-led Mentoring is central to how we build connection and engagement.
By using activities we create opportunities for young people to feel more comfortable, open up and develop confidence in a natural, supportive setting.
Sport
Using sport to build confidence, teamwork, and positive engagement
Music
Supporting self-expression through production, , lyric writing and performance skills
Creative & Wellbeing
Activities such as meditation, yoga, mindfulness and movement to support emotional wellbeing.
Skills for Life and Work
We support young people to develop the confidence, skills and mindset they need to move towards employment and future opportunities.
Each young person is supported through consistent, one-to-one mentoring that focuses on the attitudes and behaviours employers value most — including communication, teamwork, problem-solving and resilience.
Through a relationship-built on trust and regular engagement, we help young people set meaningful goals, develop an understanding of professional expectations, and prepare practically for the world of work.
Our aim is for every young person we work with to feel work-ready, motivated and genuinely prepared for the opportunities ahead.
How We Work
1. Referral or enquiry
A parent, school or professional gets in touch
2. Initial conversation
We take time to understand the young person’s needs
3. Careful mentor matching
We match them with the right mentor — never at random
4. Ongoing support
Regular sessions build trust, consistency, and progress
